Stop Smoking with Hypnotherapy
I am offering individual therapy in two sessions. Each session will last 90 minutes. We will explore together the reasons behind your smoking habit and ways to beat the craving.
Hypnotherapy is an effective method of becoming a non-smoker. All you need is the will to make that phone call to begin changing your life. Take control of your life and free yourself of cigarettes.
As a general rule two sessions are required to stop smoking and I will support you during this time as you can phone me for advice.
Your two sessions will include a discussion with you regarding your smoking, lifestyle etc. hypnotherapy, CD for you to listen to and telephone support.
